And since the police have been raiding all of the races, it's no surprise when they show up. Kennin takes control of the car when a tsuiso, a twin-battle drift, was in progress, and his talent is revealed. Once word gets out on how talented he is, Kennin is faced with competitors who do not want to be shown up by some new kid. The first in the DRIFTX series, Todd Strasser brings all the cars and terminology into this action-packed novel. With drawings in each chapter, SLIDE OR DIE will definitely cause reluctant readers and fans of drifting to think twice about not reading.
