Great commentary

I love this commentary! I have many others, but this is definitely the most readable. The thing that sold me on this commentary was the first time I picked it up and saw this sentence under Daniel Notes: "Daniel 1 shows the pure character of Daniel and his friends. They understood that the Babylonian captivity was for the purification, not the destruction, of God's people." I thought that idea was very thought-provoking...

The book without technical detail, but have solid information that is short and good enough to have good studies of the Bible in today. That is full of Evangelical point of view. This concise not like other is very fragment, but it is fully readable. That is always kept the whole story in mind.
