This book was a crazy twist of plot. A book written about a book writer and a killer who killed by the book. A look at how people react to being told to change their behavior to save their life, or choose not to. A look at what happens when parents write the future of their child without asking what the child might want. A look at what our choices bring us. Good read.

Just seemed way too much time spent profiling the killer. For a long time it was Roarke and Eve. Peabody was nowhere to be found. For a while, I thought the killer was someone mentioned in the investigation. Not as good.of a read as others
