The Weight You Lose on Restriction Diets Will Never Stay Off

Another book about restricting your diet to loose weight, which has been proven time and time again to come right back. Restriction diets just don't work in the long run. You will always slingshot back to your old weight or gain even more by putting your body in starvation mode. The truth is that if you want to lose weight, you have to eat vegetables and stop eating meat, dairy and eggs. Whole plant foods are the answer. And you have to eat! Tons! Go vegan. I did it for my health and got to my goal weight without trying at all. Slowly, steadily, and the weight has stayed off (it's been almost two years now). And don't hurt yourself by only eating lettuce! I'm talking beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, all different veggies, potatoes, tofu, whole grains. Don't think you can eat a cucumber sandwich every day and get the nutrients you need. Do some research!
