This is an excellent book for couples. If you enjoyed the author's other books, you'll enjoy this one. Not only is the information good, but he has a great sense of humor. What I really like about this book is that everything is laid out in a schedule. The "Couple's Detox" for example: Module 1 - Starting Up - Days 1 to 5 Module 2 - Your Sexual Health - Days 6 to 9 Module 3 - Sexual Socialization - Days 10 to 15 Module 4 - Previous Relationships - Days 16 to 20 Module 5 - The Love Map (and How to Navigate It) - Days 21 to 25 Module 6 - Here and Now - Days 26 to 30 If you enjoy something that is very specific on what actions to take, you'll love this book. Just open the book up to the section you're on and do what it says. Easy. Single? Don't worry. There is also a program in this book for you. :) This book has been very helpful for me and my husband. The best way to describe it is like "starting over." We've got a blank slate now, which is a lot of fun. We didn't lose the good stuff we had though, if that makes sense. We've got something fresh and exciting now, but also carried things like a foundation of communication and knowing each other, even though there have been times in our relationship where that wasn't always apparent. This book helped to bring the good things out. It's nice to see books for couples, which are progressive and open-minded. So many I've seen are "faith based" and, in my opinion, don't get to the real heart of the matter. This one does.
