Not what I paid for

I paid for a hardcover copy and recieved a paperback copy. Still useful but I wanted one that could last awhile being used for multiple people.
Did not receive item as described- took 2 weeks to receive and it did not have online voucher

Be careful when ordering- item I received was not what was described paid extra to get voucher and it was not in the book
