Book Overview

"Close your door. Shut down your e-mail. Let voice mail catch your calls. You're going to want to give this book your full attention. It'll take an hour of your time (okay, maybe two), but it may be the most fruitful hour (or two) you've ever spent. Follow the authors' advice and you can transform your career-and maybe your entire company."

Selling is Everyone's Business

Great business book. Worthwhile addition to my business book library. Bought addition books for my staff after reading.

Changed the Way I Trade

I've got to tell you I made everyone on my bond trading desk read this book. It gave great insight into sales techniques and helped us from top to bottom and I think it will apply to any industry, regardless of whether or not you will ever trade bonds or sell shoes. A must read for the serious business person.

Helpful and motivating

Buying this book should be your business

A CONCISE HANDBOOK FOR INNOVATIVE MARKETING

This book offers a clear and cogent understanding of marketing best practices. Its step-by-step approach makes it a valuable resource for both students and sales interns. All the newly-emerging and rapidly evolving aspects of marketing were covered. Comprehensive and well-presented, this book may not be the only handbook that a competitive salesperson should depend on, but I must mentioned that I cherished the way it tackled both the common problems and the tasks associated with sales management. Each chapter utilized simple descriptive terms and definitions, and also used everyday examples in its analogy. "Selling is Everyone's Business: What it Takes to Create a Great Salesperson" is a portable text, whose contents brim with concise up-to-date information. It is a fine handbook for innovative marketing: another valuble item in the arsenal of any marketing enthusiast, be it a pro or a student.
