Clearly this is the seminal work of the past 10 years in the field of B2B need-based segmentation Anyone who wants to obtain a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of the subtle artistry of segmentation should look to this book. the only sad thing is that, although you may come across one of the authors at a conference, no updated revision has been forthcoming to take into account the nuances and advances made in the supporting technology and analytical tools
