Jack: Secret Vengeance (Repairman Jack)

Jack is in high school, just feeling his oats for becoming the urban mercenary Repairman Jack. He's working about two jobs and collecting business cards of every adult that gives him one. From the head of the Septimus Order onto a lawyer. He is told by his best friend Wheezy that the golden boy of the school, Carson Tolliver tried to date rape her. Since this is back in the day when this wasn't a crime, there is little that can be done. Up until Carson gives a different version that makes Jack's blood boil, he begins to play pranks on Carson and with the aid of the Piney kids wages psychological war on him. He even learns from an albino girl that this isn't Tolliver's first escapade, making Jack realize that if something's not done to keep him down he'll just keep going. F. Paul Wilson makes an amazing conclusion for the Young Repairman Jack series.
