Season of Fear

Cab is back! He's investigating a threat made to his mother Tarla's best friend Diane. Diane is running for governor and there are all sorts of sordid happenings that happened 10 years previous, including the murder of her husband right in front of her. Cab starts untangling a murky web of deceit, political players, a new political party, and new threats. Along the way he & Lala run into some relationship problems, along with his hit or miss relationship with his mother. New evidence, new murders, and a new players find their way into the mix.
