Have read Dr. Batman's books about water and salt for your health. Thought I would continue research and found this little book. Thin book but a very easy read and VERY informative. Gave me some real insight to the true QUALITY of what I'm putting in my body. Now I know. Glad I bought it.
An Excellent Piece of Work

This book deserves to be a best-seller. Of course it won't be, it goes against big business, which uses the vast majority of salt (93%) for industry, and then gives us the remaining debris in the form of thoroughly refined, iodized crap to put on our food. That product (iodized table salt) deserves all the bad press it gets. This book is a positive pitch for Celtic Sea Salt, which is an unrefined, natural sea salt. Although there are a number of different healthy gourmet salts available online, one can be assured that this one (Celtic), is a quality product. This book needs to be devoured by anyone interested in getting their minerals on a daily basis. One point left out in the book, that I will add here, is that the US Congress released senate document #264 in the 1930's, stating that our soil is mineral-deficient. It hasn't gotten any better, and you won't "accidently" get your minerals in your diet.
Change your salt, change your life!

This is a short, concise history on how the salt we eat has been changed from a pure product from the ocean to an industrial waste product that is ruining our health. Unrefined sea salt has 84 trace minerals that are vital to sustaining good health, both mental and physical. White table salt has only sodium and maybe a tiny spritz of iodine; it is chemically unbalanced to be processed by the human body. Read this book and you will know why it's no small wonder that nearly everyone in the western hemisphere has some type of health problem. Switch to unrefined sea salt as recommended by the years of research that went into this book and begin looking and feeling better than you have in years!
