Science Explorer for Ams

This book is an excellent collection of the Eyewitness books covering: Energy, Light, Matter, Chemistry, Electricity, and Force & Motion. Looking over the originals, I did not see any obvious 'deletions', so the savings from buying the combined set was tremendous (19.95 versus 79.95 or so). Like all Eyewitness books, the data is covered in a very visually appealing manner with lots of little factoids. The core data covered is written in a manner that ages 8-100 can find new things or look at old things new again. My son and I have had multiple readings from the book, and the section on how various synthetic plastics were made reminded me how ingenous some inventions were.
