Scarred

Scarred was a amazing book that I think everyone should read. I'm a believer in God so this book touched me in a spiritual way. Dave Roever's faith in God was outstanding. In the book, he describes how his faith helped him overcome his physical and mental trauma and forgive the people of Vietnam. When all was lost, he kept fighting for what he believed in. Dave stayed true to his wife. After the war, he went back to Vietnam to teach God's word. The best part was he fought for his country even though no one made him.

The first time I picked up Scarred I know it would be good. Within in pages pages of reading the book I started to cry. I know You will to when you read about Daves Testimony and wiiling to succeed. This is a must read book for all. I highly recommand this wonderful book.

Dave's wonderful sence of humor combined with the rivetting tale of his life is an absolute inspiration. It will have you rolling with laghter, gawking in amazement, and drowning in tears within a few pages.
