ABOUT THE STORY Tom grew up in a broken home during an era in which divorce was considered sinful, and adultery was a punishable crime. He spent his early childhood caught up amidst a prolonged battle between his parents. During this traumatic period, Tom was taken by his father and kept hidden away from his mother for several years while being subjected to a life of violence and child abuse.From a very early age, Tom experienced premonitions, outstanding dreams and other psychic phenomena, all of which had a profound effect on him. Throughout his younger years, he knew deep within that there was something incredible in life waiting to be found and that it was in his destiny to find it. At age 25, he finally found it.Since long before Tom knew that he could sing, he had a dream of one day becoming a pop star. A little over a year after being struck by lightning and experiencing an NDE in 1970, Tom discovered something a powerful universal 'key' that helped him to overcome his dependence on alcohol and rid himself of suicidal thoughts and lift himself up to a higher level of self-esteem than he'd ever thought possible. After relieving himself from the heavy weight of his accumulated karma by accepting responsibility for it, he then faced and forgave those who'd hurt him in life.
