My name is don and 49, I came across this interesting book that would really amaze anybody that likes to cook with a liqueur called Benedictine. I was thrilled that so many american chefs have created more than 100 different recipes featuring benedictine and brandy. it just amazes me the mixtures they creat for dinners lunch could be so good, i have already tried three of the recipes, which are red snapper B@B a laraffaele, really good, I had eaton it slow so that i can savor the flavor,If i was to rate the taste and the fish with all the hearbs that said to put in it, From 1 to 10 I would give it a 10. also the (Veal scallops with wild mushrooms and roasted peppers) I would give it the same rating. the point is this recipe cookbook would be ideal around the kitchen because it has so much to choose from and you would never get bored cooking the same thing every night when you or your freinds come over for dinner. or add a little spice with one lit candle with a girlfreind or boyfreind with a glass of benedictine. yes. you can also have one in a glass in front of a cozy fireplace with a nice slice of Benedictine cream cheese pie, and yes the recipe is in the cookbook, even the making of that delicious berry topping, oh what a time. Anyways , it's been real fun typing what i would think would be a enjoyable cookbook.
