Honest and Scarily True

I won't say much because it might expose what the book's really about. See, it's about the Salem Witch Trial and how terrifying they were. When I read about these events in the history pages, you've no idea how similar this book is to the facts and how muchyour opinion of the actual event comes to change. You start with the tragic Putnam family--the daughter from this household one of the afflicted. Then there is the "sinnful" reverend with more thoughts of lust and power than his own wife and child. THE SALEM WITCH TRIALS end with a historical note of those executed and those too luckey to die froim the tragedy that would rock Salem Town. I will say to you that this book isn't a five star perfect ten kind of book, however for a very non-fictional/ his.-fictional book I honestly couldn't put it down. Overall: a definite buy! It was entertaining and had romance/drama deep within it. All ytou have to do is look at what actualy happened :o)
