Book condition poorly described, overpriced and left me so angry!!!

Two copies were offered: one in new condition for $33 and the other in 'good' condition for $24. I bought the latter. What a mistake! Book pages are completely covered in orange highlights, pen and pencil scripples and notes- way too much for a "good" copy. Should have been labeled as "acceptable " and offred at $10 or less. Very disappointed!!
