What can I say? Those of you who have read this know that Miss Stallsmith's brilliant plot, intriguing mystery, fabulous characters, and uniquely wonderful style make this one of the best mystery novels ever! (The other best novels would be her *Marigold for Mourning,* *Roses for Regret,* and *The Body They May Kill.*) Gardeners, you will enjoy this book! Miss Stallsmith was a Pennsylvania Master-Gardener and relies heavily on her knowledge of herbs, the Victorian language of flowers, and alternative medicine to bring this plot alive. Enjoy British fiction? Look no further! Miss Stallsmith's style is remarkably similar to that of G.K.Chesterton's Father Brown stories, and one can easily detect the influence of authors such as Dorothy Sayers, C.S.Lewis, and Agatha Christie. When I first read her books, I honestly thought that they were set in England. An avid Anglophile, I thoroughly enjoy the language and style of this book!
Simply the best!

I have read all of Audrey Stallsmith's books and this mystery is my all time favorite of hers. (Probably my all time favorite mystery ever!) It's about Regan Culver who gets arrested for her father's murder. There is just enough romance and intrigue to balance this book out. You will find humourous parts to the plot as well. So if you are in the mood for a great read, dive into Rosemary For Remembrance. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
IT'S A FALL SEASON READ!

Start a fire, turn the lights low and curl up with this engrossing mystery. Stallsmith has provided the reader who likes Agatha Christie or TV sleuth, Jessica Fletcher, a wonderful respite from the humdrum life. An inside look into the dark mysteries of Regan's family, an introduction to horticulture and ...a murder! A great who-dunit for this Fall season.
