This book is really informative on the basics of coaching wrestling, from communicating, teaching, first aid, scheduling practices, and drills. Though it lacks wrestling moves themself. It gives the most out of a sixty-three page book.

This was the first book I read on wrestling. I had very little background in the sport and did not wrestle as a youth. My son's program needed coaching help. This book was a good starter book. Positive attitude and reminders on what makes a good role model and youth coach are emphasized throughout the text. I recommend this book for other beginner wrestling coaches.
