Romantic Days and Nights in Savannah

Loved the book, very informative, gives great ideas for planning itineraries, and while "romantic" is in the title, it's pretty practical and insightful.

Choose from sections like, "High Cotton, High Times, and High Tea" - a two day, one night look at the best of Savannah's affluent past, "Love Turns Green" - a two day, one night celebration of Saint Patrick's Day when the river runs green, "Working Up A Sweat" - a one day, one night Savannah sports sampler, or "Divine Diversions" - a one day, one night look at Savannah architecture. Byrd doesn't stop at Savannah, though, she details trips to nearby Tybee Island, Hilton Head, Saint Simon's Island, and Cumberland Island. It will be hard to choose what to do first! Georgia Byrd, in her entirely unique style, paints a wonderful picture of life and times in Savannah, Georgia. The book was an engrossing read--just sorry it wasn't longer. The door is wide open for additional sequels and I look forward to Georgia's next effort. Bravo, Ms. Byrd!!
