Bought the book for two teachers as a gift. Both of them take their lunch or order out and are trying to maintain their weight. In reading this book it gave us ideas as to how to change when we ate as well as what. Making each other aware allows us to encourge each other.

This book was amazing, the diet plan is brilliant and I am glad the author took time to write it. I have battled with weight issues for most of my life and this was the answer to the questions "How do you get it off for good?" I felt it was well written, very detailed and I have begun to lose weight after 5 days of using it. I have lost 4lbs, but most of all I feel much healther!

Anyhow, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and have fallen in love with this way of eating. I have painlessly gone from a size 10 to a size 4 (sometimes even a 2,) which is smaller than I was in Jr. High and I'm in my 40's now. My husband also has lost 35 pounds without ever being hungry. Do yourself a favor.......if you want to be healthy and not hungry, you HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK!!!!!
