Risk & Grow Rich: How to Make Millions in Real Estate

Kendra Todd and Charles Andrews are the real deal. I like straight talk about risk (which you can see in my review of Make it Big by Frank McKinney). Charles Andrews has built a real estate empire from the ground up and I always look forward to hearing what he has to say at the annual Chicago Super Conference dot com events. I originally bought the book to "do my homework" before meeting them one year. I seriously didn't know what to expect-- but flat out: I LOVED THIS BOOK. Our culture encourages people to take the biggest, most foolish risk of all: Not taking risks. Read it. Learn it. Love it. It's about damn time someone said it: Risk! and Grow Rich!

I purchased Kendra Todd's book Risk and Grow Rich and it was a complete inspiration to me. Being only 23 I wanted to start using the money that I have earned wisely and start setting myself up for the future. So I thought that real estate would be the best thing to start building a strong portfolio. But being so young I was scared at all the risk that was involved in investing with real estate. But after reading Kendra's book my whole outlook changed. This book was very inspiring and informational to me and was an absolutely wonderful book. It covered every single concern and fear that I have, and really helped me over come every one of them, and I'm looking into purchasing my first real estate property before the end of the year. Kendra Todd is a great inspiration and role model to every young woman out there that strive to be successful!!! This book was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it to not only young women striving to be successful, but to everyone out there that is looking into building a strong real estate portfolio!!!

Kendra Todd's book was one of the most motivating and inspiring works I have read in years! Its great to have this breath of fresh air in the industry. Her enlightening take on the different "Risk Opportunities" has changed the way I look at the future of my business. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to take their life a step further and have new inspiration, it will change your life!!!

I remember Kendra Todd from The Apprentice, and she's just as good in print as she was on the show. You can tell she really cares about what she's saying in this book, and the fact that she's trying to share wisdom without the relentless selling ("Buy my Sales Success System, blah blah blah") that you see in so many other real estate books is great. I think readers like me, under 35, will really appreciate her message.

I've read a lot of real estate books, but Kendra Todd is the first author to tell it like is really is: investing in real estate is scary, it takes guts, and to succeed in it, you have to handle risk wisely. I was delighted to see someone who wasn't gilding the lily like so many other authors do. Plus, this is a book about life, not just real estate. Ms. Todd's advice is full of heart and honesty and I think it will be of help in almost any area of life.
