Best 'singles' book I've ever read

Rather than taking an excessively long look at relationships and what works and what doesn't, Bill Stonebraker tackles this issue from a Biblical perspective. Using the book of Ruth as his base, he highlights 8 attributes of Ruth that women should strive to make their own, and 11 things about Boaz that men should aim to achieve. Speaking from the experience of over 40 years of marriage also has helped Stonebraker to give practical advice, though he did his best to tie it in with the scriptural lesson at hand. This book is great for single people who are wondering what kind of person makes a good spouse. It sets a high, yet appropriate, standard for single people to aim at - both in themselves and in their future spouse. Not only is this book good for singles - married people can read it and see if they are living out a Boaz/Ruth relationship, and what they can do to improve their marriage.
