Great Information

If you are thinking about starting a yoga practice, you should look into this classic.

Thorough Routine in 45 min a Day

I love how I feel after each day's routine, and it takes half the time of Bikram's series. The poses are divided among 3 days, so you cycle through the poses instead of doing them all in one day. Each day is a balanced and satisfying routine in itself, as well. My edition must be from 1960- or 70-something, it's falling apart so I'm buying a new copy.
