I first started using Dr. Pickart's products (with unbelievably amazing results) and then decided to get this book to understand the Science behind the products (I am a researcher and I do not believe something unless it has been scientifically proved). The book is written in a very clear and well readable way, gives tons of useful tips and presents some good Science through published studies. Unlike many other books that talk about skin products, this book goes well beyond advertising some products. Instead it also gives general advices and scientific explanations. I would definitively recommend this book to everyone, not only those with some bad skin problems but to anyone interested in understanding a little more how our skin can be improved.
