I grew up with very low self esteem, and it has affected my adult life in a very negative way, ie...settling for less than what I want, relationships ending, no self respect, etc. I bought this book about a month ago, and the impact on my way of thinking and behaving is awesome! I know I will always have to fight my bad habits from the past, but this book has given me the tools to change my life!

This is an excellent life-changing book. It is easy to read and follow the exercises. You will have a different perspective and better self-esteem by the time you finish the book. I wish I had this book in my teens. Definitely worth reading!
