Resolving Grief

After suffering the unexpected loss of my father I found I was not as prepared to deal with the grief as I thought. Dr. Towns' book has helped me deal with the grieving process. I found the book simple to understand and a quick read. This was certainly the right format for someone who is not concentrating well and in emotional turmoil. Most importantly I learned that I will not get over the grief but learn to resolve it and return to a "new" normal life.
