The GREATEST Book Paula Danziger has to OFFER

The Book "Remember Me to Harold Square" is a great Novel. It is about a girl named Kendra Kaye who dreads about the decision that she has to stay with a boy name Frank (Her Parents Friend's Son) that she hardly knows and that she has to do some dumb Parents Scavenger Hunt in which she has to do with her pesty younger brother (O.K). This trip doesn't turn out so bad after all! Instead she starts to understand boys and even start to like them! Frank turns out to be a Great Guy who is everything she dreamed of!

Another great teens' book by Danziger -- lots of fun!

Kendra is dreading a summer with her brother and with the son of her parents' friends. It's made worse because all Kendra's friends are out of town. The collective parents plan to make the summer more fun by organizing a scavenger hunt within New York City. The hitch is that it has to be done as a team. The prize is a trip for the whole team -- to England. Frank, who's never been to New York before, finds as much new stuff as do Kendra and her brother, "O.K."Paula Danziger had a knack with making learning interesting and fun. She draws colorful characters -- in this as well as in all her books -- with whom many kids can relate. They're not the most popular kids in school, but they're interesting and fun and the kind of kids with whom I wanted to be friends when i was in school. The interactions between teens of both genders, as well as between siblings of both genders, make for a delightful story, worth reading again and again.

A wonderful book about normal kids and New York

When I was a kid, I adored this book. Now that I've moved to New York as an adult, I want to buy a new copy because I remember how wonderfully it described the tourist attractions here. Another great thing about this book is that it shows what a great, educational city New York is. Also, the characters are like real, relatable people--not the perfect teens in a lot of young adult fiction. Kendra, Frank, and Oliver have dialogue so snappy that it made me laugh out loud. If you want to learn about fun things to do in New York with kids and teenagers, buy this book! I've read it easily a dozen times.

A great book about life in New York City.

This book was a funny, from the heart book about a girl, her annoying brother and a boy from Wisconsin who explore New York City. After I started it I couldn't put this book down. It was excitng and had a admirable ending. A great book to read during the summer.

This was a really good book.

This book shows that friendship can happen anywhere.
