A very methodical aproach to project management.

Before I read this book I was putting a presentation together on project management. I had brainstormed some thoughts as to how I would go about approaching a problem, or better yet an opportunity. Well I found it very interesting that this book paralleled most of my thoughts and my colleagues thoughts. Then I proceeded to read through this book and I found that it was very practical and easy to read. Since I am not an expert in this field by all means, I would recommend this book to anyone who is at all interested in this topic. All in all, it was a good learning experience
