Imagine yourself in this memory: you are moving into a new house and you find some old letters from the war that you were in. I read the book Razor Eyes by: Richard Hough. This is a Historical Fiction book. I really like this book. It had alot of action in it. It also has some romace in it. The main characters name is Mike Boyde. This bok is about Mike who is a pilet that flys a plane over enemy territory and gets shot down. Because of this he was seperated from his wife.I think this book is for anyone who likes to read about World War II. "We took off at dawn and before the spit fire." I think predicted that he was going to get shot down and die.

I loved this book. There was a lot of action in it, however it also included a little romance and some suspense. If you like reading about World War II fighter planes being shot down over enemy territory, two lovers being separated by work and warfare, and having the best friend of the main character die right there in front of him, then you will for sure enjoy this suspenseful, action-novel about the hardships of the war in the mid-forties.

by Richard Hough The book razor eyes is a very good story about an RAF flier who had a keen sense of vision. His name is Mick Boyde. He grew up in a small suburb of London right next to an airfield. One day he saw a flight Hurricane fighters coming into the field by his house and he knew that he wanted to fly in combat. He only had one problem. He was deathly afraid of death and pain. When WWII reaches England he joins the RAF and becomes a pilot. Because of his keen eyesight he is sent on a secret mission into the heart of Nazi occupied France to identify and photograph a new jet aircraft that has the potential to turn the tides of the air war over France and all of Europe. I would recommend this book to anybody who is into WWII or flying. Enjoy!
