I bought this book for myself for Christmas. It came today, WOW is my first impression, Noah Brown the author has given history a real look. It is very descriptive about how the first Vikings came to America long before Christopher Columbus. At the end of each chapter is a list of books he referred to for facts. I love this, it makes me want to get more of them. I loved the Viking Series on TV can't wait to see the new season. My Mom's family came from Scotland as Vikings. Story has it 3 brothers landed as Vikings in Newfoundland Canada. Two headed west one stayed. I have a huge family in Newfoundland. I have not been there maybe one day. One cousin is doing the Ancestry now. I'm excited to get this book. It will be a great gift for yourself or a VIKING LOVER. I will continue to read and add more. Merry Christmas to all.
