Raggedy Ann & Andy: Giant Treasure

When she was young, my daughter loved the Raggedy Ann and Andy stories. She thrilled to my descriptions and the pictures. It also helped that she had a couple of raggedy dolls that I used to act out some of their actions. This book is a collection of the mild and enjoyable adventures of Ann and Andy. The stories are all about friendship, mutual assistance and helping each other through difficulties. What evil creatures there are do not do anything that would be scary to a young child. One can characterize them as more misguided than evil and generally they recognize in the end how wrong their actions were. My daughter loved these stories when she was young and I am sure that your children will as well.
