Quantum Leap 18: Mirror's Edge

This a wonderful QL book, it takes you on Sam's adventure of a lifetime, a roller coaster ride with twists and turns for Sam, Al, Tom, Gooshie and Ziggy. The author has crafted a wonderful book, well worth the time to read it.

Yes, I admit Mirror's Edge might be not the usual type of QL books. But give it a try with an open mind and I'm sure you'll love it like I do. The author matched the characters very well and if you are a QL fan this is one you don't wanna miss.

If you are a quantum leap fan, this book is a must read. Very emotional, very intense, and gripping right from page one. I am surprised that several people gave it poor reviews, I thought it was by far the best of the series!

Wow. This book is amazing. I don't know about you, but I usually get right into a book, and this one was no exception. I have been a Quantum Leap fan since I was 11, and I'm 22 now. For 11 years this series has drawn me in, and the books only make it better. This one in paticular brings you deep into the mind of Sam Beckett, and the struggle he has had to endure for the last 5 years. I won't give away the story, but this book will teach you more about Sam, Al, Donna, and even Ziggy than you ever thought you knew!!

In Mirror's Edge we find Sam in the body of the fourth richest man in the world gearing up for a run for the presidency and Sam's memory is starting to come back.Taking just over six hours to complete this novel, we follow Sam, Al, Gooshie, and Ziggy and they try to piece together what Sam is supposed to do and what he must fix in order to leap out. One catch, Sam's brother Tom, now a congressman, wants to know what has happened to Sam.Trying to stall Tom and help Sam at the same time, Al works on no sleep making sure that both parties are given the right information. Another problem that faces Al is the displaced body that is in the holding chamber, that person remembers everything and this has Al worried.With power failures, lock downs, government inspections, missing files, dysfunctional family problems and so much more, you'll have a great tome reading and imagining the entire story line. Now if they can take this book and turn into a TV Movie then you have got it made!
