Introduces inexpensive and natural ways to restore the balance of the human body by ridding it of toxins accumulated from daily stresses, poor diet, and illness.
One of the best, if not the best, overall book on the subject.

This book delivers, in my opinion, more than what it promises. One gets to learn about the important and underrated issue of detoxification and its ramifications. The book works as an excellent primer on natural health. The tone is consistently professional, rational, and so-above-your-average-natural-health-publication that you will be happy to read and, yes, purchase it. I first read a library copy and then rushed to buy my own. Chances are you will do the same.
this a great book

I love this book! In fact, I return to it time and time again as a reference to handling the safest, and most effective ways of detoxing and promoting the body's natural healing process. The layout of this book makes it extremely easy to follow. So if you want to know which are the safest coffee filters to buy or how to treat an illness with massage therapy, this is the book for you. I can't live without a copy!
