Good Overview of Purchasing, but a little out of date

This book covers everything you would want to know about Purchasing. I mean everything. There are chapters on the structure of a purchasing department, international purchasing, government purchasing and more formulas and calculations than I ever need to use. The only downside is that this book is out of date. I checked the date of publication on my copy and it is 1991, so the information on computer systems is worth skipping, but overall its a good reference book.
