Prophecies of the Bible

This book is a very good study guide, for lay persons along side the bible, I use it as a study starter, for our noon bible study. the information is easy to follow and makes applications possible in view of our present times.

This book is easy to be understood, and an interesting aspect on the scriptures. The illustrations and symbols are a big help. Overall I rate the book, the price, and the shipping and handling of it, a 10 on a scale of 1-10.

I am half way through this book, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. It has helped me better understand some of the end-time prophecies in the Bible. I like the way this book is laid out. It holds your interest with the way the pages are laid out with some boxes giving comments from other experts in the field, and some boxes giving "Fast Facts" about that particular prophecy. This book is more an extended overview of prophecies from Genesis through Revelations, and is well worth your time. I also have The Book of Daniel smart guide to the Bible and it goes verse-by-verse through Daniel. I've looking forward to studying that one next, but I felt it was better to get the insights from this one first. Even if you don't agree with every statement, there will be plenty in this book that will enrich your knowledge of Bible prophecy.

I am using this book as a guide in a home Bible study. It is well written and understandable. While I may differ occasionally with the authors' interpretation of a passage of the Bible, the incidents are minor. Otherwise, the authors' commentaries correspond to conservative, dispensational theology. I recommend this book to Sunday School teachers, Bible study leaders and individuals who want a thorough overview of Biblical propecy.
