This novel is super steamy more than some of the other in the Blaze collection. Trisha Bain has a huge crush on her boss Logan. While having online romance with a mystery man she dreams it is Logan. I like this book but I did skim - not my favorite from the Blaze Collection. Trisha Bain is in big trouble. A man who's never even hinted at being attracted to her. And what's worse is that he has no idea that she is his cyber-lover. As the CEO of his own advertising firm, hunky Logan has seen his ups and downs. After a bitter divorce that nearly cost him his company, he vows never to repeat the same mistakes again. Never again will he date an employee, no matter how great the temptation is -especially his best employee gorgeous Trisha. So how will he react when he finds out the real identity of his cyber-lover? OK, so the story is not exactly original, but it sure is HOT! Only in a blaze would you find a super steamy cyber love scene as the first scene in the book and it only gets hotter from then on. Trisha and Logan's little office dance is fun too. Both barely control their attraction to one another while exploring their office fantasies online. I got a real kick out of the scene when Trisha finally realized that cyber man wasn't some pimple-faced teenager in Idaho, but was really her stud boss Logan. There is a pretty good secondary romance too. It involves Trisha's best friend and Logan's buddy. Not the hottest or the most original Blaze, but pretty darn good.

I picked up Private Confessions on a mere whim never having heard of the author. The cover art showing a very attractive man laying on his side on the bed with a lap top with the words typed on the cover, "Dear Lover..." That was the #1 thing that caught my eye. The back teaser lets you in on just enough info to wet your appetite and think, "no way is the author going to pull this off, but I just have to know.." The story line incinuated is of Trisha and her boss Logan Moore, both who apparently without knowledge, have been having a cyber affair with each other without knowing it is really each other. The fact that it is set with a very modern day scheme proves to set a very appealing stage. The plot and story line were great with nice twists and turns and the drama right on cue. It was very well written and believeable on how they would both end up on the same site. The unraveling of the truth, the humor, the romance to stoke the fires (a little soft in the romance section, but it suits), and most esphecially, a good, very well written ending! I give Lori Borrill 5 stars for a very good job and a well worth my time read. Cheers!
