This is one of the best books I have read that truely outlines a balanced, sensible, life time approach to healthy living and eating. The author does a great job explaining the Biblical God given reasons for certain practices in the Bible and making it relevant to us today. It's NOT a fade diet approach that has long-term negative side affects, it is much deeper and much better than that. Truely worth reading and absorbing...

I'm giving this book 5 stars because it is a good book. However if you already have the original version, do not run out and buy this book or purchase it as "better together" with the original edition. You only need one version because they are exactly the SAME! Otherwise the book is a wonderful addition to a healthy living library.
