Great for elderly individuals because it has large writing, big pictures, and straightforward intructions. Being a chiropractor and using rehab in practic everyday; I sometimes have trouble finding exercises or stretches for my elderly patients. These exercises are great for rehab and everyday excercise. A computer program for handouts would be great!
