Excellent Diet! Book was brand new and in perfect condition.

I love this diet, I've been doing it for about 1 1/2 months and so far have lost 11 lbs, that may not sound like much, but the greatest thing about this diet is I don't feel tired anymore and I'm never hungry. This is actually the second book I bought, I bought this one for a friend and I'm buying another one for my mother-in-law.

Flat Belly Diet Really Works!!

The Flat Belly Diet was easy to read,and follow and I lost 10 lbs. in the first week!! I am learning how to eat right. I thought I was already eating healthy, This is a new wey of healthy. I feel lighter, firmer and my tummy is not upset all the time. I am following this program as a way of life, and so is my family, We all feel and look better!!
