Comeon, policy wonks and academics! Howcome nobody's reviewed this one yet?Warren Christopher is right. This really is an essential manual for world leaders and everyone else, written by some of the best informed people alive.If all college freshmen were required to spend a semester working through the material in "Preventing Deadly Conflict," they'd probably figure out how to do it themselves. But we wouldn't want to see that now, would we?
