Kabbalah for Magic and Protection

This book is great for those interested in "folk kabbalah". Many books touch upon kabbalistic magic but mention it only in passing. This book gives you some examples : amulets, evil eye protection, and letter mysticism ( from a magic perspective ). I have read other books about Kabbalah and magic. But they either blend it with other traditions or approch the matter from a hermetic point of view. This book does neither. Again...there a MANY books out there that are way better as far as giving you the basics of kabbalah. This book was NOT meant for that. I give it a high rating because it delivers on what it offers...a good taste of kabbalistic "folk magic". All of the illustrations make it great for the layman...it reminded me alot of the kabbalah decoder ( which would be a great companion to this book ).
