This book is very good in helping you understand yourself better. Great book if you are in a relationship or not...Enlightning..She has many exercises which will help you tremendously.

I love all of Laura Days books and I have read them all. I find them all to be helpful and I really enjoyed this book. I highly recommend it. Weather you are single and looking or in a relationship with someone even if you are happy in your relationship I would recommend this book. I found it really useful. The only thing is that in some exercises she tells you to take a few days to work on so if you are busy it might not be so great for you but otherwise I found it an easy read and I really enjoy the exercises in the book. Also even if you are a man I recommend this book it's for males and females so dont shy away from it and she gives so many examples in the book from both females and males. I've just started to read the one by kathy freston.

This book is much more intensive than Laura Day's initial Practical Inution was. The exercises are sometimes tedious, but very helpful. In fact, after doing only a few of them, I found such surprising results that I refused to believe that it was the exercises, but rather luck. Not so. If you are interested in changing the direction of your love life, and realtionships in your life, this book in invaluable.

i heard that demi moore and courtney cox are both super lauraday fans so i figured, hey, why not read this book and find out why...well. to be honest, it's kinda schoolish. she gives you all these little exercises to do. it felt a bit homeworky. i was a rebel and sorta just flipped around the chapters to the parts that looked like the most fun- like the magazine-ish discovery quiz things- you know, "you're walking in the woods, you come to a house, there's a key..." all in all, the exercises are mostly lots of fun and helpful... and isn't FUN helpful stuff the best type of helpful stuff? i would definitely encourage anyone to get the paperback version. it's great vacationy or just-before-bedtime reading.

At last a guide that shows us all that that special someone is out there for everybody; you just have to hone your intuitive skills. A fun and witty book which teaches you to be optimistic, have fun, and enjoy yourself to attract that special someone. No rules to follow, no figuring out what the other sex wants, no games to play. A romantic book for those seeking pleasure and enjoyment and best of all, optimism!
