When I first became interested in astral projection, Yram's book really inspired me to learn to experience the phenomenon for myself. I like the way he describes his astral adventures and his experience with the unity-mulitiplicity or better termed, cosmic consciousness. Many people have experienced astral projection, but Yram uses astral projection ability to reach for higher states of consciousness on the astral plane. Although Yram does not give specific techniques for astral projection, his descriptions fuel your imagination and can help to inspire yot to astral project.Yoga and The Art of Astral Projection
