IT HAS INFORMATION, ASSEMBLY STEPS, REQUIRED PARTS, AND STEPS TO UP THE POWER ON PRE-EXISTING POWER SUPPLIES. IT SHOWS, IN DETAIL, ON HOW TO CALIBRATE AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR POWER SUPPLIES. LOTS OF DIAGRAMS. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IN ASSEMBLY BUT SOME, NOT MANY, CAN BE CONFUSING.
