For example, when you think of Hyatt Hotels, you don't automatically think of the tragedy in Kansas City - or Tylenol - many people don't even remember the poisonings. There is a reason and he discusses both situations in the book. A helpful read for anyone dealing with crisis management or business continuity or enterprise risk management.
