Pomeranians

I bought this book as it was recommended by a Pomeranian owner. I found it answered all my questions, and was a great resource. Thanks to this book I am now the proud owner of my first Pom (Klondike)!

This is a great book for Pomeranian owners are people who are thinking about owning a Pomeranian. It tells and shows the different types of poms, their colors and what some of the colors are called, for instance a pom that has two broken colors is called a parti-pom and so on. It also explains how to care for this breed of dog and how to care for their coats. It's easy to understand and helps you decide if a pom is the right dog for you. It shows a lot of pictures of different poms to help you decide what size a pom should be by the AKC standards and what size a pom should be if you are interested in showing. It also tells you about the temperament of poms and what diseases they are prone to and what to look out for. It explains how to trim their nails which is very important to poms and how to trim their coats if you want to do it yourself. I would recommend this book to anyone who owns or is thinking about owning a Pomeranian.

This book is a good book for someone just starting out to learn more about pomeranians. It has LOTS of information to offer.
