I ordered this because I needed the DK Eyewitness: Plants book by David Burnie, and that is what this is listed as. But the book pictured and that I received is NOT an "Eyewitness" book and it is NOT by David Burnie, it is written by "Fleur Star."

The Most interesting thing was that when butterflies are sleeping their proboscus is tucked under their head. The most surprising thing in the book was that rose hips have ten to one hundred times the vitamin C than any other food. Plants is an excellent book. It told alot of interesting information. Anyone would like to read it, for a report or just for fun. By B. Carlson

This book, like all those in this DK series, contains images that are absolutely captivating to children from preschool upwards--and to adults as well. The images speak volumes about the growth of plants. It's a fascinating and useful reference book for children.
