Although this series has relied heavily on text (not really the best way to write a manga because readers want more pictures) as a heavy reader of novels as well it did not really bother me. The artwork is lovely. The character has changed and grown a lot throughout the series. Many things have been cleared up from the other books. The end was unexpected but makes everything make sense. However, the epilogue was rather....... uninspired. All in all a good read full of sci-finess. ( it was a little odd the mixture of fantasy and scifi)
