I have lots of "quick and easy" cookbooks and "cooking for one" books but this is the one I used the most. These dishes are truly easy to make with fewer ingredients and simple procedures. I never thought that orange juice and a touch of butter (and nothing else) can create a wonderful sauce for fish. We didn't really have many cookbooks, so we must have used it three or four times a week.
